Let’s Get Homemaking!
My name is Stacy and I consider myself a homemaker. As a homemaker I’m responsible for taking care of the girls, the home, paying bills, managing the family budget, any paperwork, coordination of schedules, health appointment, meal planning and shopping. Emotional management in the home is vital. My youngest is almost 3 years and the oldest is 9 currently. There are lots of emotions always in this house. Learning to manage and cope with emotions is so important as children and adults.
My girls keep me on my toes. The 9-year-old is sweet, sensitive and smart. The 3-year-old is extremely curious and loves to climb. Both my girls are energetic and constantly need to be busy. I am blessed to have them. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed, my husband helps on these days when he can. I am grateful to him; he is why I’m able to stay home with the girls. He works very hard for us. Staying home is becoming more difficult. The prices of everyday items keep rising and are affecting our budget. I know we are not the only family experiencing this. I want to share what I have been doing to help.
I created this blog as an outlet to help others to get homemaking! To use these homemaking skills to reduce stress and have a happy, healthy home. I will share cleaning recipes, food recipes, pintables, budgeting information, coping skills, and activities to regulate emotions. I hope this blog will help you and your family. So “Let’s Get Homemaking”.
